CPSTB 2006-2007 Premiership Re-Union and Casserole Night

19:00 – 23:55 26-11-2016
Deakin Reserve, Shepparton

In March 2007 CPSTB the Central Park lads led by their inspirational skipper Rohan Larkin were aiming for their 3rd premiership on the trot against an inconsistant Kialla.  The game was being played at Princess Park and Larkin won the toss and sent the opposition in.  He had a theory that the Princess Park deck had a fair bit in it early game, and he was correct.  Kialla blocked their way to a total of 89 from 56 overs.  While there were a few nerves in the camp chasing, opener Glenn Hart got wound up and was denied his century as Kialla called off the game with CPSTB 1/132 from 33 overs.  Game over before Day 1 made for some long celebrations.

In reminicising this effort, we are gathering together for a 10 year re-union, at Peter Holland residence, where we are yet to determine the food.  BYO drinks, bathers, towel for starters and we will make the rest up later
